Karen Allsup, M.D., P.A. graduated from Texas A&M University in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science. She went on to complete her master’s degree in nutrition science at the same university in 1993. That same year, Dr. Allsup became a registered and licensed dietician. Dr. Allsup received her doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Her residency was completed in obstetrics and gynecology at the same university.
